Primary Goal: Generate more inquiries

North Mountain Structures partnered with LaunchUX in September 2024 to improve online visibility and drive more inquiries across their multiple sales locations. Prior to this, their social media presence had little engagement and almost no advertising history.

Within the first year of working together, their content reach grew dramatically—drawing attention from hundreds of thousands of new users, increasing interaction, and establishing their brand as a go-to destination for outdoor structures in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

Our Strategy

We developed a high-visibility content and advertising strategy to reach new customers and reinforce brand trust. Here’s what we implemented:

10 engaging organic posts per month: product features, customer stories, seasonal content
2 paid ads per month: targeted by location and customer interest (e.g., sheds, cabins, playhouses)
Branded visuals with strong imagery of real builds and in-stock options
Messaging focused on durability, value, and convenience, driving clicks and inquiries
Both platforms were used to reach and retarget potential customers in the local region

Facebook Results:
Over the year, Facebook emerged as the most powerful platform for brand exposure.

1,265

782

483

Total watch time: 1 day, 18 hours, 26 minutes

Key Insight: Between the baseline and campaign period, Facebook reach grew by more than 1,500%, video views soared, and interactions from non-followers increased nearly 14x. What began as short bursts of ad visibility became a year-long stream of consistent brand exposure — driving local awareness and qualified interest across multiple store locations.

Instagram Results:
Though a secondary platform in terms of ad spend, Instagram showed strong growth and brand reinforcement.

10,257 total views
3,880
from ads
6,377
from organic posts
8,137 total reach
5,305
from ads
2,580
from organic posts
162 content interactions
100% increase
over the previous year

Key Insight: Instagram reach grew by over 225%, with strong performance from both organic and paid efforts. While fewer resources were allocated to this platform compared to Facebook, the content consistently delivered results — especially for visual storytelling and maintaining brand credibility. The spikes in engagement align with promoted seasonal content and highlight the power of image-based product marketing.

We were looking for a reputable company to handle the revamp of our IT Consulting website. We have worked with a variety of companies in the past, but none were able to provide us with the level of response and support that the team at LaunchUX did. From start to finish, they listened to what our goals were and developed a website around those goals. At the review meetings, they made live changes to see what different variations would look like. We were satisfied with a fast, responsive website that is already ranking in the top of Google for our targeted keywords.
