Over the year, Facebook emerged as the most powerful platform for brand exposure.
Key Insight: Between the baseline and campaign period, Facebook reach grew by more than 1,500%, video views soared, and interactions from non-followers increased nearly 14x. What began as short bursts of ad visibility became a year-long stream of consistent brand exposure — driving local awareness and qualified interest across multiple store locations.
Instagram Results:
Though a secondary platform in terms of ad spend, Instagram showed strong growth and brand reinforcement.
Key Insight: Instagram reach grew by over 225%, with strong performance from both organic and paid efforts. While fewer resources were allocated to this platform compared to Facebook, the content consistently delivered results — especially for visual storytelling and maintaining brand credibility. The spikes in engagement align with promoted seasonal content and highlight the power of image-based product marketing.
